Fruit forward notes of red cherries, blackberry, and French oak notes of spice and vanilla. The Merlot is medium-bodied and finishes with moderate tannins. Pairs well with grilled lamb chops or roasted poultry.

Ripe plum and currant flavors are immediately evident in the aromas and flavors of the merlot. a sweet , toasty note of oak rounds out the blend and gives the wine a nice body and mouthfeel.
